Zombotron Re-Boot
Welcome to the abandoned planet Zombotron. This planet was once colonized by people, but after some time people abandoned and forgot about it for unknown reasons.
The main character Blaze Rush is a freelance mercenary. One day, while drifting through space in his spaceship in search of a new order, Blaze received a distress call from a mysterious planet not marked on his galactic maps and went to help. But the rescue operation failed. And now the hero will not only have to survive himself and help those in need, but also solve the mystery of the planet Zombotron.
In this action-platformer you will have to fight countless different enemies: zombies, robots and other mysterious monsters. Find weapons and upgrade your skills to find and rescue survivors, and explore this mysterious planet together.

Remember this back in the day, awesome game!
I played the game and really enjoyed the experience overall. While testing, I found one issue I’d like to let you know about.
When rapidly switching weapons using Z and C, an explosion is triggered and the player dies even though no bomb is equipped or visible.
Steps to reproduce: Spam Z and C quickly during gameplay.
Expected: Weapon switches only.
Actual: Explosion triggers and kills the player.
I’ve recorded a short video of this issue and can share it if needed.

When i download the windows versions of the game after extracting it it is a ds_store file which is a mac os file when i download the mac version of the game and extract it it is an .exe. I believe your downloads are mixed up, good game though.

I think the game is awesome the sfx are great the only thing i think needs to be improved is that you need to get punished by dying on a level. This can be solved by adding that if you die 3 times on a level, it restarts. But overall i think the game is great and i had a lot of fun playing it. Keep the good work!
I plan to add different difficulty modes to the full version, which will affect not only certain gameplay aspects but also the number of lives the player has to complete a level. Thanks for the feedback! ❤️

I hate this game. I hate how there's no part 2!!! This is cruel. You cannot have someone play this game without a part two!!! It's too fun, and it's cruel to only have one chapter.
In reality though, this game is amazing. I love the gameplay loop and the different weapons. My final loadout was 1. AK looking submachine gun, 2. Shotgun, 3. Minigun.
I would love some QOL changes to the grenade launcher, as I was never able to shoot it accurately. I also wish there were more weapons and gear like the helmet.
Overall, 9/10 game, only thing keeping it away is that it's short.
We are currently working on porting the original games to the new game engine. I really hope that we will be able to publish this version soon and please you with quality adventures! Thanks for the feedback

Yes, we are planning to make a mobile version too. It is more about the fact that we will not try to please the mobile audience of players, because the mobile audience is more casual players who are not play normal games 😅
finally beat it... pathetic, but now I feel like perfecting it and playing the original duology(the third one doesn't count)
also funny that the creators of my two favorite flash games are both Russian(I'm sorry you had to learn English, it's a horrible language)

Я это конечно же понимаю, но дэмо это достаточно насыщенное контентом, и по тому это все еще достаточно щедро.
А полную версию я обязательно буду ждать и покупать, ведь такие разработки определенно надо поддерживать финансово. Людям нужны такие хорошие стрелялки на компютер.
I played the version 1.4.0, could you tell me what's new in this update?
Version 1.4.1 includes some fixes for Christmas levels, fixes for gamepads for mobile devices, and some other fixes.

This version of the game didn't have this feature from the very beginning. But now I'm working on making it possible 😌

Hey, what is the difference between this and "Zombotron"?
Another Zombotron is another game that is available here and on Steam? If so, these are two completely different games. The big game was developed as a rethinking of the game universe and plot, there are other mechanics, different graphics and many things work differently. The "reboot" is a remaster of the original series of games that was on Flash. But now we are significantly improving the reboot version and soon I will make posts about how the game will change in the near future 🙂
will there be support for Linux in the future?
Yes, I plan to make a build for Linux a little later.
